To ensure a seamless experience for everyone, please register online before attending any classes, to ensure your space. For your convenience, we us an app to reserve and upload proof of payment. We accept payments via BCR transfer and cash. For cash payments are done at the Main Office of Del Mar academy Mon - Fri, from 8am-3pm.

    These sessions are open to individuals aged 16 and older who are proficient swimmers. The Open Lane Swim is to swim/workout without a coach. It's a great opportunity to enjoy a focused swim workout in a comfortable environment. If you meet the proficiency criteria and are interested, we welcome you to join our Open Lane Swim sessions.

  • Master Swim

    Join our for a dynamic and invigorating swim experience. This class is designed for swimmers who want to enhance their skills, improve endurance, and enjoy the camaraderie of fellow enthusiasts. Whether you're a competitive swimmer or just looking for a challenging workout, our Master Swim Class caters to all levels. Come dive into a supportive and motivating environment as we work together to reach new swimming goals.

    Age Group: Adults aged 18 and up.

  • Learn to Swim Program

    The CAN Swim Learn-to-Swim Program is designed for children aged 6 and older, encompassing a total of 10 levels, with each level consisting of an 8-week course held once a week.


    The Learn-to-Swim program focuses on building skills one step at a time. By giving them the opportunity to master one element before moving on to the next, our kids' swim classes make it easy to build confidence in the water.

    Throughout their journey in the program, children will progress through several key stages. In the initial stage, known as Introduction to Water Skills, students focus on becoming comfortable and safe in the aquatic environment. From there, they move on to Fundamentals of Aquatic Skills, where they learn essential swimming basics. Subsequent stages include Stroke Development, Stroke Improvement, Stroke Refinement, and Swimming and Skill Proficiency. These stages provide increasing levels of guidance and practice to enhance swimming skills and efficiency.


    Age Group: 6 and up
    Fee per level: $150
    Schedule: Saturday’s, the time depends on the students level.

  • AquaSculpt Class

    Aquafitness is a dynamic and low-impact water workout designed to blend the benefits of cardio, strength training, and flexibility exercises. Tone it up and stretch it out with this unique class that combines cardiovascular exercises, Pilates, and Essentrics. Using resistance bands, noodles, and your own body weight, you'll develop full-body strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. Say goodbye to monotony and hello to a balanced approach towards sculpted muscles, improved posture, and increased energy.

    For Everyone, Every Level: Whether you're an avid swimmer or just starting to build confidence in the water, we welcome all fitness levels. Perfect for active enthusiasts and those seeking to rekindle their love for movement after a sedentary period or recover from injury. It's a holistic fitness journey suitable for everyone.

    About the Instructor, Meg's Expertise: With over twenty years of movement experience, Meg brings a wealth of knowledge from her time as a lifeguard and swim coach in Montreal to hosting global fitness retreats and teacher trainings for Essentrics. Her passion lies in helping individuals discover new, engaging ways to move, strengthen, and connect with their bodies.

    Refresh & Rejuvenate: After all the hard work, look forward to gentle, calming breathwork, and floating meditations. You'll leave each class feeling amazing, challenged, and refreshed.

  • Swim Team

    CAN Swim Team offers a comprehensive program designed to enhance swimming skills, boost fitness, and promote teamwork.
    Swim team is open to participants aged 9 and older who have the ability to swim continuously for 25 meters. Our practice sessions are held on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 6:15 am to 7:15 am, as well as on Saturday mornings from 9:30 am to 10:30 am.

    The Swim Team is a Trimester modality, will be starting September 16th to December 9th, spanning a duration of 12 weeks.
    Fee for trimester: $410
